Dieting vs. Purity
The effects of dieting wight heavily on our bodies even though we may not see it at first. What many people don’t realize is that they have slowly been gaining weight due to poor eating habits, and then try to frantically diet to loose the weight in a short amount of time. This puts so much stress on our bodies that we do not even understand the implications. Our poor bodies go through this yo-yo system of a crazy feeding frenzy that no wonder we are always sick.
When we don’t see results in a matter of days, we switch to another diet and then another diet! Then we INSIST dieting doesn’t work. We are always looking for the magical pill that will make all the exessive weight go away without any effort. The fortune we spend in the meantime is mind-boggling. There will always be a company out there that will promise the next best thing and we fall for it - every time.
My dear friends, the best way to stay away from all of this, very honestly, is keeping yourself pure. Being very cautious to what we put in our body. We always caution how we dress and look, why not put the same caution on how we eat? The same goes for our money. Using our hard earned money on pills and quick diet trends is not using our money purely.
In my latest book, “Financial Purity” I discuss in detail how we can take care of ourselves purely without spending a small fortune. It is not a book on dieting or how to eat, but lifestyle efforts that honor God and protect your money.
